What terrorists are attacking Canada?
The meme is referring people who left Canada to fight for isis or other islamic terrorist organizations (the overwhelming majority of terrorist groups are islamic). Canadian soldiers have fought and been killed in islamic strife which constitute most of the armed conflicts in our world.
