I just found out the Tigers have fired GM Al Avila. Don't know who succeeded him, but I wish they'd go get Theo Epstein.

Avila was criticized for his lack of creativity. Epstein made a suicide look like a murder which took a lot of balls and showed the kind of creativity Avila can only dream of. The only thing worse than hiring a rotting corpse is hiring someone internal. Weren’t they a party to the problem? I can easily see Illitch going this route.

A few days ago the FBI raided the home of some guy linked to Epstein that had donated heavily to both Clinton presidential campaigns and the Clinton Foundation. Pretty crazy.
