NHL: Edvinsson
AHL: Johansson, Viro, Sebrango, McIsaac, Hanas
SHL: Wallinder, Niederbach
TBD: Soderblom (NA)
Wonder if Soderblom starts tearing up the ECHL for a while. Really don’t know what to make of the guy. He could possibly make the big club, he could be not quite ready for the AHL.
Man, it would reflect pretty poorly on the the quality of play in the SHL if Elmer had to do time in the East Coast League at any point.

I'm sure he will have to adjust to the stronger guys and smaller surface. But he more than held his own in what is, at worst, the 3rd best league in the World?

I'm hoping that he packs on several LBs this Summer and pwns the AHL after a spell, at worst.

Worth noting the Denver freshmen are returning to school, they should get some great experience this year. Horcoff claims they're excited about Tuomisto's opportunity, it sounded like lip service though, as did his talk about Viro.

Daniela's perm is a not a home run, but a nice change of pace.

Edvinsson has been training with Raymond in Sweden this summer and his goal is to make the Wings just like Raymond and Seider did. He has bulked up to 210 pounds so far.

looks like his scouting report has him at 6'4 or 5 depending but I thought I read he added 2 inches somewhere this season but I can't find a source for that

Elmer Soderblom is 6'8, Edvinsson was always listed at 6'4 or 6'5.

according to Frolunda's website, he's 199 cm (6'6"), and i can't find the source, but he said earlier this year that he's gotten taller. i'm not sure how reliable any particular number is, but he's a big kid.
