For all the shade thrown at Wallman here - much of it deserved over the last couple of months - it’s worth noting that he has the 2nd toughest deployment in the league and an even +/-
Walman is gonna be hurt a lot if continued to be deployed against the league's best. His slight build is not meant for a lot of punishment. The opposition knows this and in a play-off scenario he will be heavily targeted.
He’s listed at 6’1” 218

BS, he is only 170 lbs, Hannifin is 218 lbs, or near that and much more durable. One of the big reasons I would prefer him on the line to Wally.

Where do you get 170 from? Hockey db and The Red Wings website have him listed at 6'1" 218 and Elite has him at 6'2" 216

Cap Friendly, I even heard it mentioned on a broadcast how slight a built he is. First time I have been challenged on it here.

His height and weight on the Cap Friendly site haven't been updated since his 2014 draft day profile

Teams websites might embellish the size of players a bit but i don't think the Wings would add almost 50 pounds to Wallman just to make him look bigger. 3 reputable sites that have him at a similar height and weight while one is way off...i think i would believe the 3 that are close instead of the one outlier.

I think CapFriendly doesn't update the height and weight of players that have been in the NHL for a while very often. Holl is listed as 6'4, 210 pounds on Capfriendly but on the Wings site (and many more) he is listed as 6'4, 194 pounds. He might have been 210 at some point but he isn't anymore and CapFriendly just haven't updated it. I think they care more about contracts and stats than having the right weight of players.
