New Projection

Results
Buffalo 4, Flyers 2 - Flyers are 0-3-1 in their last 4 - all games against teams out of the picture. CHOKE. Buffalo keeps falling out and edging closer. Long shot unless they get super hot. But they were outshot 34-19.
Carolina 4 Washington 2 - Caps had a 2-1 lead and choked. They can't win anymore.
Rangers 4 Wings 3 - It could have been a huge win for Detroit - but I had them losing. So this doesn't hurt.

Atlantic -
3, Flyers 91 - Slipped another point

4. Wash 87 - Caps miss a chance to gain.
5. Penguins 85 - Penguins win another game they were projected to lose. Can they get hot and make it interesting?

TB @ Pittsburgh - I've got Pittsburgh losing. A win would raise eyebrows,
Flyers @ Blue Jackets - Flyers can't afford another loss against a craphole team.
Devils @ Senators - Devils are basically out barring a miracle finish. I'm taking them out if they don't get 2 points.
Preds @ Isles - I've got the Isles winning - and this is not an easy one. Big challenge for the Isles.

Detroit should go 4-2 minimum in their final six. And that should be enough to get the final spot.
But if Buffalo beats Detroit at Detroit, all bets are off.

I have them at 87 points to finish.
I could see them reversing the Islanders game and getting squeezing a couple extra points.
But they're playing well, so who knows.

Saturday's Results
Penguins 5 Tampa 4 - Huge win for the Penguins. If they can score a couple more wins against tough teams, they're in the mix.
Blue Jackets 6, Flyers 2 - Wow. They're in a skid that makes the March Red Wings look clutch.
Devils 4, Senators 3 - Prolonging the illusion for the Devils.
Islanders 2, Preds 0 - One of the few projected wins that seemed like a tall order.

Sunday's big games
Sabres @ Red Wings - Must Win for both teams. Sabres are hanging on by a thread. Wings are in the thick of it, with a good schedule. But they can't afford to give up an easy one. Wings Win.
Senators @ Capitals - The Caps have been hurting. A loss against the Sens puts them in Sabres or Devils territory. Not eliminated - but on the outside. Caps Win.
Predators @ Devils - Devils keep their name in the hunt with a win. Devils Win.

Seats in the VIP section, I guess. Access to the VIP Lounge and whatever else comes with it. First game since the year they opened LCA. Should be fun.

Toronto 3 Pittsburgh 2 - Pittsburgh gets an OT point - how it was projected. Nothing lost, but nothing gained.

Tuesday
Caps @ Red Wings - Red Wings projected to win in regulation. Caps best chance to gain points is to upset Detroit. It would put Detroit-Washington in a tie with projected 88 points. Washington would have the tie breaker.
Flyers @ Canadiens - Flyers have wasted the easiest down-the-stretch schedule. They basically have to go 4-0 to make it at this point, which shouldn't be that hard, outside the Ranger game. But with the way they've played?
Leafs @ Devils - Devils are basically only in mathematically.
Rangers @ Isles - With even an OTL the Isles can help their hopes of a playoff spot.
BJs at Lighting - Should be 2 and the top wildcard spot for the Lightning.
Sabres @ Stars - The Detroit loss ended their hopes.
