I remember when they drafted him my Sabres fan buddies were all telling me he was gonna be a 6’8” Lidstrom and that after he filled out he’d hit like Scott Stevens. His career has fallen a bit short of that.

On that Canucks goal, looked like Lyon was tripped up by Wolman, putting him out of position. Hronek's shot deflected into a wide open net.

Way too many low IQ plays on that long powerplay. They were forcing plays and should have covered Hronek coming out of the box; the loud goalie stick tapping means something.
