Honestly, have the last 4 drafts been so hot?

Not impossible to imagine that COVID lockdowns, especially in Canada, had a negative impact on development.

Corey Pronman dropped an updated ranking. He has Silayev at second overall. Between this and McCagg's recent ranking (ranked no. 1), it looks like Silayev is solidifying himself a spot in the top three.
