This isn't in response to anything I wrote, so I don't have a clue why you quoted what I said.Fil Zaronek wrote: ↑Thu Nov 30, 2023 1:52 pmSuch disgustingly stupid peopleCoconutBackwards wrote: ↑Thu Nov 30, 2023 12:41 pmI don't know who this idiot thinks is on his side.
I saw a longer clip of this same interview earlier this morning where he said if Twitter fails it's the advertisers fault.
Fuck this asshole. Of course it's 100 % not his fault that advertisers are leaving. He's just a good guy trying to promote free speech.
Unfortunately, when he bought the company he didn't say anything about creating a worthless platform where people could speak freely. If he had who would care if he burns this to the ground? He made comments about the tremendous potential Twitter had when he bought it.
Here's another quote:
The most respected advertiser in the world with no advertising dollars.“Twitter obviously cannot become a free-for-all hellscape, where anything can be said with no consequences,” he wrote. “Twitter aspires to be the most respected advertising platform in the world.”
Good job, asshole. He's clearly surrounded by Yes Men. It's fucking pathetic.

Throughout history, every old man said the same thing about the younger generation. And old men die, and the world keeps spinnin'.
