Greetings from Traverse City. There was no Berggren nor Vrana during the Friday session.

I am pretty darn sure Tyutyayev did not skate either.

I have not been to camp since the 2013-14 season. It strikes me as a very different. There was very obviously fewer people, but the the workouts seemed a lot more drill focused and intense. For sure they used to end with a scrimmage, that's gone.

I don't totally trust my memory, but back when the Lidstrom, Holmstrom and those guys were playing out the string, camp seemed much more for show.

Other than Tyutyayev being gone, the duos and trios seemed the same.
It was my understanding there would be no math in the debates.

Saturday morning, Bergrren is on the ice, doing drills by himself and 3 coaches. He’s skating hard doing change of direction drills beneath the face off circles. Hard to tell what’s bothering him except he’s sucking wind.

Tyutayev also is back. Still waiting for the next group to come out to see if Vrana is skating.

Vrana is skating. He left the ice after 45 minutes

Were I up there watching, I'd be disappointed by the elimination of scrimmages.

No scrimmaging again today, although the drills were much more entertaining, odd man stuff.

An interesting combo from today was Zadina-Gagner-Raymond. A very poor man's 2 kids and a goat line

I always thought it was GOAT as in Greatest Of All Time. Gagner is just old.
