The 6'3 forward went undrafted in his draft year when he scored 12-13-35 in 66 games. He was a young'un in his draft year.
The next year he went 35-55-90 in 72 games - the same year Michael Rasmussen went 32-23-55 in 50 games. Geekie got drafted in the third year by Carolina.
The net year Geekie went 30-54-84 in 68 games and then went 17-10-27 in 14 playoff games.

He spent a few years in the AHL with 38 games over two years in Carolina. He went to Seattle and seemed pretty decent, but a depth guy playing 10-12 minutes a night.
He won 52 percent of faceoffs in his first year in Seattle and has slid ever since.
In Boston, playing 15:25 a night, he's found some offense, playing quite a bit with Marchand at times.
17-22-39 in 76 games. He's taken his physical game to a different level. But only 44 percent on faceoffs.
