No Matthews on any of these with two 70 goal seasons (probably) in the last three years?

Nobody has scored 70 in a season since the 92-93 season when Selanne and Mogilny both scored 76. Coincidentally the year before Bettman became commissioner of the league and started choking the life out of games for the sake of parity and ultimately a salary cap. Matthews wasn't born yet. With 2 tonight, he now has 68 with 3 games to go.CoconutBackwards wrote: ↑Wed Apr 10, 2024 4:30 pm No Matthews on any of these with two 70 goal seasons (probably) in the last three years?

So, possibly a 70 this year and 60 two years ago.
*What an exciting time that was when Selanne was scoring all those goals in his rookie year.
