Lucas Raymond has 7 goals while most of the team croaked over the last 12 games.
He now has 24 goals and 36 assists for a team-leading 60 points.
Good, not great or even very good. But good.
His contract ask has certainly risen. Up until 12 games ago he was on pace for for 22-23 goals.
Now he's on pace for 27-28 goals.
If he finishes with 28 goals and 68 points, what are you paying him?

5 on 5 goal production
Sprong 13 694
Raymond 13 956
Debrincat 13 979
Larkin 13 779
Fabbri 12 603
Kane 11 554
Rasmussen 11 910
Copp 9 885
Veleno 7 883
Compher 7 863
Perron 6 760
Fischer 4 687
Kostin 3 282
Berggren 2 120
Czarnik 197

Who's going to blink first -- Yzerman or Francis?

Carolina needs to re-sign Jarvis. Same age, 57 points in 72 games. One contract will influence the other.

Boldy got 7x7.

Lock up Raymond for 8 x 7.5M.

I think 7.5M will be a bargain in a few years, as he continues to develop and as we add more good young players he can play with.

Shows you how much I've been paying attention to Carolina and Seattle.

Jarvis also has a benefit of playing with Aho and now with Guentzel.

Raymond plays with Larkin, but I'd argue he looked better with Compher.
