Panthers Hire New Coach

And it's going to be Paul Maurice replacing Andrew Brunette. Brunette has been offered another position in the Panthers organization. On another site, some comments said that Brunette didn't really like the pressure that comes with being a head coach.

Maurice is one that I wouldn't mind behind RW bench.

Stevie has to be waiting until Tampa is out of the playoffs and he's gonna pull from the Jon Cooper Tree.

Also, he was outmatched in the PO, I get that, but he did a great job in the regular season? not sure why they did this?

Would make sense maybe for Trotz who has won a cup somewhat recently but Maurice hasn't won anything in the playoffs and has a losing playoff record. From what Jets fan are saying, his defensive system and PK weren't good either so it might not be a defensive upgrade there either.
