Detroit is so bad that Seattle passed?

Looks like they are definitely going young and cheap and for the most part staying away from higher priced vets, especially those with term. There are definitely some high caliber younger players available, but I really think they could balance that with creating a roster designed more to win now. I don't think that's wise given that they need to establish a fan base.
