once you're done you got a year to take off. I appreciate it, this is a pretty daunting task with us having had a ton of picks in the last so many years.

I think these are amazing.

I would suggest tracking their progress by updating profiles annually and maybe including rankings and/or some sort of depth chart/projection, like HF Boards used to have. I would also re-read the profiles and just correct for typos and stuff like that. Just some off the cuff, unsolicited feedback.

Love the idea and the end product looks great, too. If you need any help translating Russian content, I am happy to help.

The best part about these, is looking back at how hyped some bust were...and see how many solid player came out if nowhere.
