Yep. That's very clearly what happened.

Athanasiou should try helping the team instead of hurting the team for a change.

I admit I do think Mike Smith should have been flagged as well, but it was a great play by him.

Assuming the ref on the goal line made the call, Athanasiou was blocking him for seeing how flagrant the dive was. AA and the official got played.

Overall not a great night of hockey, but at least I got some sleep.

It's an embarrassment. It's the one thing I didn't like about Hasek.

Actually SHL playoffs, but am I the only one bored to tears by seeing hockey players hitting a soccer ball around before a game? Because it bores me to tears.
