Geno’s 35 not so sure that’s a lowball offer with 3 years term.

I wouldn’t mind give him a big 1 year deal and flipping him at the deadline at all. On a 35 plus contract we can use incentives too.

He’s basically a placeholder for Cossa. He’s signed for next year. Cossa may see a few NHL games as early as next year. Put a better team in front of him and he’s more than adequate IMO.

I believe the Minnesota Wild fans need to understand this as well....but they only won 2 games. Wild fans have to know the next 3 seasons will be tough for them to be a cup contender. The dead cap space from the Parise and Suter buyouts are massive starting next season. 12.7 mil next season and 14....

Hard to say how things will go in this draft. The only one i see in the same order in every mock draft is Wright going 1st overall. Most have either Slafkovsky or Cooley going 2nd but i've seen Slafkosky even going 4th or 5th in some. After that it varies more although Nemec seems to come up a lot....
