This is just a cheap insurance policy. Not that we care that much about the cap at this point, but he can be waived and sent to GR with no cap repercussions.

True, but we still only have 2 centers. I have a hard time seeing Zadina get top 6 minutes over any of those 4.

Too bad Zadina is probably gonna see a steady diet of Ras & Suter this year - assuming he’s on the team. Can’t see any of Peron, Bert, Raymond or Vrana spending significant time on the 3rd line.
